• CIC SA Companies guarantees the correct manufacturing of the elements that make up the product.
• The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects under the following cases:

  a. Mattress spring structure: Ortopedic, Balance, Premium and Lux ​​lines, 10 years on manufacturing defects or material faults. Excellence line, 3 years on manufacturing defects or material faults.

  b. Fillings, padding, fabrics, base, wheels and others; 1-year commercial warranty.

• The warranty covers the replacement of the product. The product that is withdrawn becomes the property of CIC SA Companies.
• The mattress guarantee is independent of other defective elements. Therefore, any replacement of the mattress due to the use of the guarantee policy will not imply the replacement of its base or accessories, whether these are technical or design-related (e.g. due to fabric designs between the mattress and the base).
• The warranty is applicable, as described in the previous points, to products that have been used domestically and on which no use of the mattress has been made. In the case of commercial, institutional or other non-domestic use, the warranty for manufacturing defects or defects in the materials used in the spring structure becomes 2 years. For the other components, a commercial warranty applies (6 months).
• The warranty will be valid from the date of purchase indicated on the receipt or invoice.

  a. Using the mattress in a place with poor hygiene conditions.

  d. Deformations caused by heavy and/or sharp objects placed on it.

  e. Stains of all kinds: grease, dirt, food, liquids, etc.

  f. Damage to fabric and padding due to the use of heat-emitting devices, for example: iron, hair dryer, etc.

  g. Deformation caused by having the product on a non-rigid surface or in poor condition.

  h. Due to damage caused by mishandling during transport or shipment. For example: tying and deforming the structure, forcing the product into stairs or elevators, etc.

• Ensure correct installation of components
• When transporting the mattress, do so horizontally and on a flat surface. When unpacking the mattress, leave it in a ventilated place to air it out.
• Use the mattress on a CIC American Base, CIC Box Spring, or a rigid surface.
• Always use a CIC mattress cover to protect it and prevent stains.
• During the first six months, the mattress should be rotated every 2 weeks following the schedule. After the first six months, the mattress should be rotated every three months.

  NOTE: Product heights may vary due to normal compaction of fillings.

• You should air your mattress weekly in a ventilated place.
• In case of humidity, dry it only in the sun.
